国际学生入学条件

Have completed a four-year college degree program at an accredited institution with a 3.0 or above GPA for the last 60 semester or 90 quarter units. Students with 2.5 to 3.0 GPA may be admitted conditionally.
English Language requirements: TOEFL ibt- 79/80 TOEFL pbt- 550 IELTS- 6.0.
In addition to the general requirements of the university, specific requirements for admission to classified graduate status are:

A valid California Teaching Credential or related teaching experience,
A cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (''B'') in all courses taken in education, science and mathematics,
Three letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with your work history or educational background sent to the Program Coordinator

This program offers a sequence of courses to enhance teachers' knowledge and practice in STEM education through hands-on experiences, collaborations and reflections, with a focus on Common Core State Standards for Mathematics and the Next Generation Science Standards. The program courses include foundational courses in science education, educational research and assessment, inquiry methods course, integrated STEM curriculum, as well as courses in the mathematics and science content areas.<br>Length: 6 quarters or 2 Years (Fall, Winter, Spring)
