1) International student 2) Resident of the South Okanagan/Similkameen region of Okanagan College 3) Completed the first year of study (minimum 24 credits) in any degree or diploma program at the Penticton campus of Okanagan College 4) Registered in full-time course load (minimum 9 credits / 60% course load or 6 credits / 40% course load for students with a permanent disability) in the second year of any degree or diploma program at the Penticton campus of Okanagan College 5) Selection of award recipients will be based on a combination of academic achievement and financial need with equal emphasis 6) Recipient will be in good standing
