1) International student 2) Completed at least one year (minimum of 24 credits) in any university studies, degree or diploma program at any campus of Okanagan College 3) Registered in a minimum of 9 credits (60% course load) or 6 credits (40% course load for students with permanent disabilities) 4) Based on a combination of academic achievement (minimum GPA of 70%) and financial need, with equal emphasis 5) In good standing
