This concentration within the B.S. in Multidisciplinary Studies is designed primarily for individuals seeking teacher certification in seventh through twelfth grade. Degree plans are a sequence of four semesters of professional education courses (including two student teaching semesters). All courses include field experiences scheduled outside of class time. Completion of this coursework will lead to a Bachelor's degree AND certification in the major content area, certification in English as a second language, and certification in Special Education.
