Two (2) official transcripts from each university previously attended. If the degree is not complete at the time of application, an official interim transcript should be provided with the final transcript forwarded as soon as it is available.

In terms of admission decision, the entire transcript is reviewed, but particular attention is given to your last 20 courses and how well you have progressed throughout your academic career.

• M.Sc.: Upper second-class standing (B+) in a degree equivalent to an honours undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, life sciences, kinesiology, engineering, psychology, or a related field.

• Ph.D.: successful completion of a research Master's degree in a field related to Rehabilitation Science. Applications from students who have graduated from an accredited master's level program in Physical or Occupational Therapy will be considered.

Applicants who are uncertain whether their academic preparation is suitable to meet eligibility requirements for enrollment into the Rehabilitation Science program, should contact the Associate Director in Rehabilitation Science for discussion regarding their background.

Two (2) letters of recommendation are required from professors under whom the applicant has studied. Referees submit these via the online application.
For international applicants, proof of acceptable competency in English is required, as detailed on the School of Graduate Studies website. If required, a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or TOEFL iBT minimum scores of: writing (24/30), speaking (22/30), reading (22/30), listening (20/30), for a total of 88/120.
