Ontario university or college degree or three-year college diploma or equivalent
Applicants with a two-year college diploma and at least six months of full-time work experience in early childhood development or a related field may be considered for admission. A relevant resume and references must be provided. Canadian citizens or permanent residents educated outside of Canada must provide a World Education Services (WES) or ICAS Canada credential evaluation.
After admission, but before beginning classes, you must obtain:

current immunization report and report of chest x–ray or tuberculin skin test
valid Standard First Aid with CPR C certificate (two-day course)
Police Vulnerable Sector Check
Please apply early for your Police Vulnerable Sector Check because there may be waiting period of up to eight weeks.
When applying to a Seneca graduate certificate program you must submit:

Complete university and college transcripts for all years of study.
University or college credential (degree, diploma or certificate).
A credential assessment from a recognized agency such as WES (World Education Services) may be required for some programs. Applicants will be informed by email if this is needed.
Academic records that are in a language other than English must include an official/certified English translation.
IELTS Academic - Minimum 6.5 with no skill below 6.0, TOEFL iBT - Minimum 88 with no skill below 22 , TOEFL Revised Paper Delivered - No skill below 22
