The Diploma of Accounting focuses on building professional accounting financial management skills that are fundamental in all accounting positions. Students will develop a broad range of skills such as applied accounting tasks, projects, budgets and financial plans. Students are advised of the assessment requirements at the beginning of each unit. The assessment process will include a variety of tasks to demonstrate competence in the required skills and knowledge. Assessment continues throughout the program until the student either achieves competency in the assessment tasks or further training needs are identified and addressed.
