This course will provide students with hands-on experience in areas from the preparation and cooking of meats through to cost effective menu development. Cambridge International College works closely with each student to develop a strong theoretical knowledge base, as well as providing a practical experience in real workplace commercial kitchens at various well known establishments around Perth - all practical cookery training is delivered off-site.
