This duration is shortened to 26 weeks [2 terms] if a student has completed the SIT30816 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Students will gain an in-depth understanding of kitchen management, finance management and team work. Students are advised of the assessment requirements at the beginning of each unit. The assessment process will include a variety of tasks to demonstrate competence in the required skills and knowledge. Assessment continues throughout the program until the student either achieves competency in the assessment tasks or further training needs are identified and addressed.
