The concentration in manufacturing engineering, allows students to learn to apply up-to-date technologies in materials, fabrication, and Computer Aided Design (CAD), to help manufacturers increase productivity and cost-effectiveness. Teaching, research and service efforts within our department encompass the areas of specialization in Acoustics, Manufacturing, Energy and Sustainable Design, Turbomachinery, and Acoustical Engineering and Music.
