The Toronto Catholic District School Board is an inclusive learning community rooted in the love of Christ. It educates more than 91,000 students from diverse cultures and language backgrounds in over 195 Catholic elementary and secondary schools, serving over half-a-million Catholic school supporters across the city of Toronto.
The programs offered by the board are as varied as the students who attend its schools. Catering to students with diverse learning needs, it provides a broad spectrum of academic courses, including programs focusing on the arts, technology and languages.
The board's secondary school students also have a range of options, including French Immersion, Student Leadership, International Baccalaureate, Advanced Placement, focus on the arts or math, science and technology, co-operative education and apprenticeship programs in both single-gender and co-educational schools, as well as Adult Education.
In addition to offering quality education from junior kindergarten through grade 12, the Toronto Catholic District School Board provides a number of services to parents, young children and the community at large. These include programs for adults as well as a variety of child care options such as daycare centres, after-school programs, recreational and nutrition programs, and summer literacy camps for those with younger children. The Toronto Catholic District School Board is proud to be a significant part of the fabric of publicly-funded Catholic education in the Province of Ontario.
