Royal Holloway Principal's Masters Scholarship

Applications to the Royal Holloway Principal's Masters Scholarships are assessed on academic performance to date. Candidates must have received an offer to study a taught postgraduate degree at Royal Holloway. Candidates with international fee status should have achieved, or be expected to achieve, at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree or equivalent, with preference given to those who have achieved a First Class degree (in countries where it is possible). Candidates with Home fee status should have achieved, or be expected to achieve, a First Class undergraduate degree or equivalent. Royal Holloway graduates are not eligible for the alumni tuition fee discount if they are awarded the Principal's Masters Scholarship. A strong Scholarship Statement is also required. The 64 scholarships will be allocated as follows: UK – 10, Overseas – 54. The scholarship is offered as a £4,000 tuition fee reduction. For full time students, the tuition fee reduction is only available for one year of study. No additional payment is offered in any following years if the duration of the programme is longer than one year. For part-time students, £4,000 will be spilt and awarded as a tuition fee reduction in the first two years of study only.
