Practicum or school system teaching reports

Autobiographical Statement
Other information which would support your application
Should you obtain a position with the Golden Hills School Division, you will be required to provide the following information (within 30 days of the offer of employment):
A current Criminal Record Check (available through your local police department)
A current Child Welfare Record Check (available through the Calgary & Area Child & Family Services)
A letter from previous employers indicating years of teaching experience (if applicable)
A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
A copy of your T.Q.S. (Teacher Qualification Statement)
Additional documentation required by the Payroll department
