国际学生入学条件

Applicant must hold the B.A., B.S. Biology, Science Education or equivalent degree from a nationally (or internationally) accredited university or institution. A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution, or its equivalent from a foreign institution, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher in all work attempted in the last 60 credit hours of undergraduate study. Official transcripts, and foreign evaluations if applicable, from all post-secondary institutions attended. A minimum TOEFL score of 500 paper-based (61 internet-based) for all applicants. A band score of 6.5 on the University of Cambridge IELTS (International English Language Testing System)

Master of Arts in Biology is designed primarily to provide K-12 science teachers or people already employed in local environmental agencies with advanced course work in biology. Oftentimes people require advanced degrees in biology to get promoted in their career or may want to increase their knowledge and understanding of biological principles but do not require or desire research experience. The Master of Arts program would be perfect for people in the aforementioned situation since it requires advanced coursework in biology but there is no requirement of completing a thesis.
