For applicants who do not possess a bachelor's degree from a postsecondary institution in a country where English is the principal language of instruction, the program suggests a minimum score of 575 (computer-based score of 233 or internet-based score of 90) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or a minimum score of 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), in order to be successful.
