Transform lives as a registered massage therapist. After a holistic approach with solid foundational training in year one, our accelerated program gives you the hands-on skills you need to work with diverse clients in our on-campus Massage Therapy Clinic. Youll gain in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and neurology, along with intensive training in massage therapy techniques to provide the best treatment and prevention options for your clients.<br><br>Youll also complete three off-site placements, working with elite athletes, new and expectant parents, infants, and/or clients in long-term care and hospital settings. Entrepreneurship, marketing, and communication courses round out your training so youll have the skills to join a health care team or open your own practice.
