国际学生入学条件

Official undergraduate transcripts (Please note a transcript is only considered official if it is sent from the institution directly, and not sent through the applicant.). In addition to your application, please submit a minimum of three original scores. The scores should reflect a variety of instrumentation and/or media. Recordings or computer realizations are helpful but not necessary. After you submit your online application, you may schedule your interview and upload your portfolio to the Portfolio Submission section.

Though interviews are held through Zoom, you may request an in person interview if you prefer.
An audition is not required.
A minimum TOEFL score of 80, no section lower than 17 (internet based TOEFL), 213 (computer based TOEFL), or 550 (paper based TOEFL). A minimum IELTS score of 6.5. A minimum of 110 on the Duolingo English Test.
A minimum Pearson Test of English Academic score of 53

课程简介

The Master of Music in composition program offers students one-on-one instruction with the School of Music's distinguished faculty of active composers as well as many seminars with guest composers and performers from Chicago and across the country. Graduate composition majors have their compositions performed during DePaul Composers Forum, a quarterly student composition concert, and submit works to be read and possibly performed by Ensemble 20 plus, DePaul Wind Ensemble, University Singers or the DePaul Chamber Orchestra. The School of Music also offers two assistantships to graduate composition students.
