The Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies covers three emphasis areas - Interpersonal and Public Communication, Journalism and Mass Communication and Film and Media Arts - which prepares students for successful careers by allowing them to develop highly sought-after workplace skills. The Film and Media Studies emphasis area combines the study of film history and theory with the art and practice of filmmaking. All courses emphasize critical thinking, creative exploration and skills development.
