Organisational psychologists work with people and organisations. They are experts in areas such as leadership and talent management, recruitment, performance management, occupational health and safety, change management and career development.<br><br>This course will provide you with the skills, knowledge and qualifications to work in a wide range of organisations such as consultancies, large companies and government departments.
