You will have the option to study Civil Litigation, which takes you through the practical application of the law by interviewing and advising a client, and Residential Conveyancing, which teaches you the practice and procedure of conveyancing transactions.<br><br>In your final year, you will study the law of trusts and write a contemporary case law critique, alongside three optional modules in each semester. You will take two professional legal practice modules for this pathway from options including Business Leases, Criminal Litigation, and Wills, Probate and Drafting. All of these modules will engage you in the world of legal practice and enhance your legal skills and knowledge of procedure.
