Australian Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
A Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60% or above.
Alternate entry - Prior learning developed through relevant work experience or professional accreditation, where it is deemed to be at least equivalent to that obtained through a Bachelor degree, may be considered. In making an offer to an applicant, the University will give consideration to a range of factors to determine whether an applicant has demonstrated the capacity to work at a Masters level, including academic record, English proficiency, and/or employment experience.
Specialisations (Compulsory) :-
With a cognate Honours degree, applicants are eligible for a 1 year Master program
With a cognate undergraduate degree + approved work experience, applicants are eligible for a 1 year Master program
With a cognate undergraduate degree, applicants are eligible for a 1.5 year Master degree
With a non-cognate undergraduate degree, applicants are eligible for a 2 year Master program
Overall IELTS score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0
TOEFL Internet based (iBT): overall score of 79 with 13 in Reading, 12 in Listening, 18 in Speaking and 21 in Writing
TOEFL Paper-based Test - Overall score of 575 with 5 or better in Test of Written English (TWE)
TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition Accepted [La Trobe will accept this test to meet English requirements as equivalent to the TOEFL iBT test]
TOEFL ITP Accepted [La Trobe will accept this test to meet English requirements as equivalent to the TOEFL paper-based test]
La Trobe will accept the IELTS Indicator to meet English requirements as equivalent to the IELTS test
