Honours in Human Resource Management provides you with foundation research training in human resources or employment relations at an international standard. Honours graduates will have the skills needed to plan and conduct research to investigate problems in these areas in organisations. You will apply a number of current advanced methods for research and analysis, and be able to develop your knowledge and skills further. Upon completion of this degree you will be ready to enter an organisation or postgraduate research degree, such as the PhD, in the area of human resources or employment relations.<br><br>Outcomes: Students are able to (1) demonstrate coherent and advanced knowledge of the underlying principles and concepts in human resource management, (2) demonstrate knowledge of research principles and methods, (3) apply advanced human resource management knowledge to solve complex problems, and (4) communicate effectively and succinctly the results of human resource management research.
