This comprehensive two-year Management Programme (Customer Experience and Operations) opens the door to a world of exciting career possibilities. Upon completion, you'll be equipped with highly valuable transferable skills that set you on the path to confidently apply for supervisory positions in any industry.<br><br>Modules such as Human Resources, Marketing & Sales, Accounting, Customer Service Strategies, and Workplace Practices give you the knowledge to impress an employer and the strategic leadership skills to kickstart your success.<br><br>Year 1 starts with your choice of either Tourism, Hotel & Airline Operations Level 4 or Tourism, Hotels & Resorts Level 4. Tourism, Hotel & Airline Operations looks at airline, hotel, tourism, and travel agency operations, giving you plenty of career choices upon graduation – in the tourism industry and beyond. Or, if you're interested in pursuing a career in the exciting and growing market of hotels, resorts and conferences then Tourism, Hotels & Resorts is for you.<br><br>The second half of Year 1 is an exciting time as you focus on understanding what makes a business successful. You'll focus on Walt Disney World in the first three weeks and then on five top New Zealand tourism companies. Two study tours are included, and students will visit Hobbiton, and Waitomo Adventures in the North Island, and Skyline Skyrides, Real Journeys and AJ Hackett Bungy in the South Island. You'll have the unique opportunity to meet management and learn about the operational side of these businesses, any challenges they have faced and how they overcome them.<br><br>Year 2 will really help you to forge a leadership role in the Customer Experience and Operations industry and be responsible for the strategy and processes behind the visitor experience. You'll cover modules like Strategic Leadership, Environmental Sustainability and get to design a Hospitality or Tourism Business.
