Managing an organization or teams within an organization offers a variety of rewarding and exciting challenges, and may give you the authority to impact key business decisions.<br><br>Youll also have the opportunity to pursue a Certified in Management (CIM) designation to further expand your knowledge.<br><br>Accept the challenge and take control of key business decisions by pursuing your management career. In your first year of the program, you will take 10 foundational courses that set you up with core business knowledge. In your second year of studies, you will take the required courses to get a specialized diploma in management.<br><br>This program develops you as a leader, whether in organizational management positions or key advisor roles. We will help you develop an understanding of modern business dynamics and organizational culture. We teach management skills including accounting, finance and marketing knowledge to foster decision-making in a competitive environment.
