The Management and Supervision Program is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge of supervisory principles and applications, knowledge of human relations, and communication skills. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for entry level positions in managementsupervision and to prepare current lead workers, first line supervisors, and middle managers for promotion to higher level positions in business, industry, government, andor nonprofit organizations.
