The doctoral program in Organization Management offers preparation for research and teaching careers in four major areas: entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, organization theory, and strategic management. In addition to formal course work, students engage in independent study and research with faculty and other graduate students. The program is managed by the Department of Management and Global Business. With broad faculty expertise, elective courses and student dissertations address cross-disciplinary topics such as business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and management of technology and innovation. OM students occasionally minor in International Business.
