As a result, the logistics function of the supply chain continues to grow in importance.<br><br>The Logistics Management major is designed to prepare CMU College of Business Administration students for a career in the field of logistics and supply chain management (SCM). Students who complete the major will find numerous career opportunities in the logistics management areas of transportation, inventory management, warehouse/facility management, packaging and material handling, production and materials support, purchasing and procurement, order processing, demand forecasting, production planning, supplier quality, customer service, returns management and recycling, and international logistics.<br><br>As a logistics management graduate, you'll see products through their life cycle, from manufacturing to distribution to delivery.
