Request two letters of recommendation. At least one recommender must be someone who has taught you in an academic environment and can attest to your academic abilities.
If you have, or expect to have, an undergraduate degree from a college or university outside of the U.S. and English is not your native language, you will need to submit a valid TOEFL or IELTS score. To be competitive, your TOEFL score must be a minimum of 100 (iBT), or a minimum overall band score of 7.5 for IELTS.
