A bachelor's or first-level professional degree from a regionally accredited institution. If the degree is from a non-U.S. college or university, the institution must be recognized and approved by the Ministry of Education or Commission responsible for higher education in the country where the degree is earned. The degree must at least be equivalent to a four-year U.S. bachelor’s degree or first-level professional degree. The Registrar will vet and make a recommendation to Dean of School of Graduate Studies for approval

After completing the M.S.E.R.E., graduates will have advanced skills in the most crucial areas of Entrepreneurial Real Estate. These graduates will have an understanding of real estate investment methods with the ability to navigate ownership issues, finance commercial real estate and analyze commercial investments and markets. M.S.E.R.E. graduates are also familiar with key business and legal concepts of buying, leasing and selling, architectural and general construction contract negotiations, and governmental or community issues.
