The M.S. program in Mathematical Sciences is an interdisciplinary program designed to prepare the graduates for a wide variety of financially and intellectually rewarding employment opportunities. It can also serve as a pre-Ph.D. program. The M.S. program in Mathematical Sciences offers two tracks -- Mathematics and Statistics. In order to qualify for the Master of Science in Mathematical Sciences with a Mathematics or Statistics track, a student must complete at least 32 hours of study in the mathematical sciences.
