Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management provides students with skills and knowledge for employment in frontline and management positions in the broad hospitality industry. It aims to develop hospitality managementsupervisory skills, including financial operations, business plans, recruitment and selection of staff, leading and managing people, legal and industrial relations studies, project management, budgeting, customer service, e-business and marketing.
