Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management provides students with skills and knowledge for employment in frontline and management positions in the broad hospitality industry. It aims to develop hospitality management/supervisory skills, including financial operations, business plans, recruitment and selection of staff, leading and managing people, legal and industrial relations studies, project management, budgeting, customer service, e-business and marketing.
