This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a range of skills required in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, and cafes. You will learn waiting styles from fine dining through to cafe style service, and also be trained in other areas of hospitality, such learning how to operate a bar, pour wines, make cocktails, take orders, mix drinks and make good coffee. Entry level supervisory skills are also taught.
