Make a difference through public service. This program gives students the skills and path toward a rewarding career overseeing nonprofits, healthcare organizations and government agencies. This graduate program teaches civic-minded students how to understand a changing landscape, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively whether they're interested in leading a hospital, working at a government agency or heading up a nonprofit organization. It can be completed as a standalone master’s program or as a combined program where students earn a bachelor of business administration and master of public administration in three to four additional semesters. Students may use their electives to explore areas of interest or complete the requirements for a Bloch School graduate certificate program in one of several emphasis areas. They also gain access to an engaged, well-connected alumni network and enhance their skills to advance their careers. In a complex and quickly changing society, nonprofit and government leaders with excellent communication skills and the ability to make sound, well-informed decisions are in high demand across a range of public service sectors.
