The B.S. degree in nutritional sciences offered through the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences will teach you about the biochemical, physiological, molecular, psychological, and cultural aspects of food choice and nutrient metabolism. At the completion of the program you'll be prepared for supervised practice in dietetics, graduate school, or employment.
