Often, first-year students are unsure of the exact degree they want to choose. Fortunately, Florida Tech's general science program offers students who are interested in the sciences but still deciding on a major the option to explore different fields for a year prior to declaring a major.<br><br>The general science program includes solid course work in biology, chemistry and calculus (with the option to take physics), which keeps students on track with courses needed no matter which degree program they choose later.
