This course will develop your knowledge and skills. On graduating, you'll be an effective professional ready to work with children and their families across the early years sector. As part of this course, you'll- Gain a deep understanding of children's holistic development from 0-5 years old. Combine a thorough academic grounding with practical experience. Learn how to support a child's learning, help to shape their identity and give them the best possible start in life. Explore a variety of current issues relating to early years policy, practice and research. Understand the safeguarding and ethical aspects surrounding working with children and their families.<br><br>Develop your knowledge and skills to be an effective professional working with children and their families across the early years sector. When you graduate, you'll be well placed to apply for a range of posts in the private, voluntary, independent or public sectors of early years education, health or social care. Alternatively, you may wish to progress onto postgraduate study, such as a PGCE Primary 3-7 years, MA Childhood & Early Years, MA Practice Based Play Therapy or our MA Social Work.
