The Senior School Team is dedicated to the emotional, social, academic, spiritual and creative development of each student.St Philip’s Christian College Gosford offers a broad range of Higher School Certificate subjects and courses and thereby cater for the needs of individual students. In Senior School (Years 9 - 12) we encourage the students to explore their interests and passions so that they may discover their God-given purpose in life. Many students go on to attend university to pursue creative, academic or science careers. Others finish school and embark on vocational careers.Striving for excellence is one of our Core Values. By encouraging the students to achieve their best in a safe environment, it allows them to build their resilience and ultimately boost their self confidence.Those gifted in the creative and performing arts are enabled through quality teaching and excellent resources. Annual concerts and smaller performances give students the audience exposure necessary to ensure high performance standards. The outstanding Higher School Certificate and competition results gained are evidence of the quality programs offered.Our College has an excellent reputation for its focus on the care and nurture of all its students. Our committed staff seek to prepare the students, not only for the Higher School Certificate, but also for their future beyond.
