Applicants must meet the following entry requirements:

Be seventeen years of age or older at the start of the programme.

All applicants aged less than 20 years must have achieved University Entrance (UE)

OR

International applicants must demonstrate that they have the equivalent to New Zealand University Entrance.

OR

Applicants who are 20 years of age at the commencement of the programme and have relevant life and/or work experience but do not have the minimum academic requirements, may apply for admission if they meet comparable literacy and numeracy requirements as those entering with UE.

AND

All applicants for whom English is not their first language must have a minimum score of 7.0 in all components of Academic version of IELTS (International English Language Testing System); TOEFL Paper-based test (pBT): Score of 550 (with an essay score of 5 TWE); TOEFL Internet-based test (iBT): Score of 60 (with a writing score of 18); Cambridge English Examinations: B2 First, or B2 First for schools, or C1 Advanced, or C2 Proficiency with a score of 169. No less than 162 in each skill; Pearson Test of English (Academic): PTE (Academic) score of 50 with no band score lower than 42
