Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, some programs have specific undergraduate degree requirements.
A copy of official undergraduate transcripts and any post baccalaureate work is required for admissions review in most programs. Official copies of your undergraduate transcripts and previous academic work will be required upon admission.
Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or greater based on a 4.0 scale for unconditional admission.

Official transcript: You will need to provide a transcripts from every university/college attended to date. To complete you application, the transcript must be an official copy from the university/college you attended. If you upload the transcript, it is not an official transcript. Three recommendations: Appropriate sources for recommendations include professors familiar with your work or people in a supervisory role, such as administrators, program coordinators, mentor teachers, and supervising teachers. Please do not provide us with a recommendation form from your ''friend, the teacher down the hall.'' Peers, colleagues, and friends are not appropriate sources. The Recommendation Form is provided for your use.
Admissions Supplement: This document provides information on why you are pursuing the license and/or degree. This document will replace the ''Statement of Purpose'' listed in the application. An overall band score of 6.5 is required for admission.
