Students must demonstrate prior experience in computer science, computer engineering or information technology as a major (undergraduate) or as a working professional. Students should have had the equivalent of a programming course and data structures undergraduate course or have enough background to enter these graduate courses. Without this background, students are required to take introductory programming courses (these courses can count towards your graduate degree). The General GRE is required for admission.
The minimum TOEFL scores are 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based).
The minimum IBT internet-based TOEFL scores: writing 22, speaking 23, reading 21, listening 17.
An acceptable IELTS score is bandwidth 7.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
