In our IT Support program, you will develop the skills necessary to apply methods essential to the practice of the trade, such as problem solving, information retrieval and time management. Skills relating to the optimal use of software are also developed: relying on operating systems, both old and recent, knowing how to use application software, creating and operating databases and taking advantage of telecommunications. You will also develop skills related to communication in the workplace and customer support such as: interacting in various professional situations, communicating in French / English, providing customer assistance as part of a call center.
