Offered exclusively at The University of Texas at El Paso, Engineering Leadership is taking today's great minds and nurturing them to become the brilliant, innovative leaders of tomorrow. Engineering Leadership (E-Lead) is the first degree of its kind in the nation. E-Lead goes well beyond being a program, an initiative or a cluster of classes added to a degree plan. By collaborating with key entities such as Olin College, West Point, and other key educational institutions, the curriculum designed for E-Lead transforms the classroom experience of engineering students. E-Lead moves beyond content and focuses on project application and the integration of the students' skills and knowledge in real-world scenarios.
