课程简介
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) is very research active with competitive awards of more than 7.6 million in 2018, representing more than 281k/per faculty member. The Department has earned national and international recognition in Nano-Photonics, Pulsed Power, Nano-Technology, Electric Energy, Radar Technology and Bio-Medical applications including genomics. The ABET accredited undergraduate curriculum is encompassing electrical engineering and computer engineering. Graduate students have opportunities for course work and research experience leading to masters and doctoral degrees in electrical engineering. The ECE department houses modern laboratories, classrooms, and computer facilities for both teaching and research. Several classrooms and a large undergraduate teaching laboratory have undergone recent renovations and support state of the art pedagogical methods. The undergraduate curriculum gives students a broad education in electrical and computer engineering and enables them to pursue all career options in a fastchanging technical environment. In addition, students may select from a wide variety of elective courses in electrical and computer engineering and other related disciplines allowing them to specialize at the senior level. If a student wishes, specific specialization options are available, including analog VLSI, MEMS, power systems, signal processing, communication systems, high frequency communications, control systems, and digital systems.
