Position Location: IDP Shanghai Office (1), IDP Nanjing Office (1)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional counseling services to prospective students along the whole overseas-study-application process
Provide professional counseling service in explaining migration law and visa regulations, and help students in visa application process
Understand the structure and the courses of US schools/institutions and master up-to-date program information
Follow up and manage the whole operational processing closely
Cooperate closely with clients (schools or institutions) and colleagues located in other countries
Cooperate with marketing department in all relevant activities such as exhibitions, expos, and any other promotional activities
Capability and Expected Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years working experiences in education related industry (counseling service of US relevant programs preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Patience, details oriented, excellent presentation skill
result driven is a must
Very good command of English (Spoken, Listening, Reading and Writing), CET 6 or TEM 8 equivalents
Experiences in sales, teaching, training, client services preferred
University degree obtained in the United States would be a plus
