深圳--Counselor, AUS Department
Position goals:
- Help students to be successfully enrolled by AUS institutions by providing professional counseling and application services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional counseling services to prospective students along the study in the AUS application process;
- Follow up with students' application and manage the whole process closely ;
- Provide objective, unbiased and comprehensive information to students about courses and institutions in the AUS;
- Provide guidance to students for successful application for visa;
- Establish internal processing structure and procedure;
- Cooperate closely with partner institutions in the AUS;
- Cooperate with marketing department in producing study in the AUS marketing materials and organizing marketing activities.
Expected Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years working experiences in studying in the AUS counseling industry;
- Have in-depth understanding of education system in the AUS with up-to-date information of programmes and courses offered by Australian institutions;
- University graduate in Education, English Language or another related subjects is required with good command of English (Spoken and reading), at least IELTS 6.5 equivalents;
- Experience in sales, teaching, training, consulting industries in preferred;
- Experience of studying and living in the AUS is a plus;
- Be responsible, proactive, detail-focused and highly self-motivated;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
