新西兰试行通路学生签证 申请新西兰学生签证更便捷
去年12月7日起，新西兰正式试行全新的 “Pathway Student Visa”，亦称“通路学生签证”。凡在通路学生签证认可的学校就读的学生，可申请有效期最长5年（最多包括3个不同但持续的课程）的单一学生签证。该政策拟试行18个月。
业内专家介绍，受认可的学校中，提供Pathway课程的院校需满足过去一年的学生签证通过率达到90%以上的资质要求，并需要签订正式协议保障学生权益及升学程序。受认可的学校涵盖从小学、中学到高等教育机构在内的500多所院校，具体名单已在新西兰移民局官网公布。
申请通路学生签证的学生，需要取得课程第一年或第一个课程（以课时较短的计算）的录取通知书，及后续课程的有条件录取通知书，并支付该课程第一年或第一个课程（以课时较短的计算）的学费，以及证明拥有支持课程第一年学习的生活费。另外，课程第一年或第一个课程符合现行打工规定的，将获得学习期间的工作权利。
业内专家分析，按新西兰现行的学生签证政策，获批一次最长可停留4年，但通常按已支付学费可覆盖的课程时长批发签证，例如按学年支付学费，那按规定将可获得有效期为截止至下一学年3月31日前的签证。随着通路学生签证的推出，申请新西兰学生签证将更加便捷，国际学生在整个学习过程中不用再频繁更换、续签签证，可谓省钱省时省力。但相应的，此类签证对留学生有一个更明确的学习计划提出更高要求，能否获批，一份完善又明晰的学习计划将成为重要的参考材料。
另悉，截至2016年4月4日，通路学生签证试点教育机构数量将达到140个，具体名单如下：
