新西兰建筑与基础设施技能短缺列表正式生效哪些职业上榜？

　　就在本周一（12月17日），新西兰建筑行业一份新的技能短缺列表问世啦！为了支持政府在建筑和基础设施建设方面的承诺，新西兰移民局正式推出了（Construction and Infrastructure Skill Shortage List，简称CISSL）建筑和基础设施技能短缺列表。

　　新CISSL技能短缺列表的推出旨在解决建筑行业人才紧缺的问题。据估计，新西兰建筑行业目前面临3万劳动力缺口，管道工、电工、工程师、建筑商和项目经理更是极为短缺。根据这份CISSL列表，具备建筑和基础设施建设技能的人才申请临时工作签证的流程将大大简化，灵活性大大提高。新的CISSL列表将帮助具有所需技能的移民在新西兰工作。
　　CISSL列表包括了此前已在坎特伯雷技能短缺列表上的所有职业，以及即时紧缺职业列表上与建筑相关的职业。该列表覆盖了新西兰的所有地区，以应对全国上下的劳动力短缺。CISSL列表将于2023年初由相关部门进行审查，确保反映劳动力市场的要求。
　　新西兰建筑和基础设施技能短缺列表生效的同时，坎特伯雷技能短缺列表被废除。起初坎特伯雷技能短缺列表的设立是为了解决坎特伯雷的特定职位的劳动力短缺问题。该列表对2011年地震后该地区的重建和恢复起到了至关重要的作用。
