University of Liverpool First Class Scholarship

All new international (non EU) fee paying students on non-clinical undergraduate degrees who achieve a First-class average of 70% or above, will receive a £1,000 tuition fee reduction (deducted from the programme fees raised by the University) for each subsequent year of study if a First-class average (70% or above) is maintained

To be eligible for this award you must

i) be liable to pay full international tuition fees

ii) have commenced a new undergraduate programme.

iii) be entering Year 2 of an undergraduate programme.

iv) have passed the preceding year's study at the University of Liverpool at the first attempt with an overall average of 70% or above.

The University of Liverpool First Class Scholarship is not available to students transferring to the University from Liverpool International College (UoLIC), for whom alternative scholarship arrangements are in place.

Where a student undertakes a compulsory or non-compulsory year abroad or year in industry as a part of their programme of study, the University of Liverpool First Class Scholarship will not be paid during this period. Students will continue to receive the University of Liverpool First Class Scholarship in the year immediately following the year abroad or year in industry providing they successfully progress to that year of study at the first attempt and providing they pass the year of study immediately preceding the year abroad or in industry at the first attempt with an overall average of 70% or above.
