PRESIDENT'S ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE INITIATIVE PHD AWARD

The awards are available to all new and continuing PhD students except:

Those students who have their tuition paid by a sponsor:

An external sponsor could be an Aboriginal community, employer, or government agency such as a student's home government.
Students who receive a UBC staff tuition waiver are not eligible.

Those students who are not assessed tuition.
