UC Mathematics and Statistics Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship is to recognise and support high-achieving 200-, 300-, or 400-level students majoring in Applied Data Science, Computational and Applied Mathematical Sciences, Data Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics , or Statistics at the University of Canterbury.
Number Available Annually: Varies. Scholarships are available from an annual fund of $80,000 and are awarded in three categories
Tenure: One year
Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: Must be enrolled full-time at the University of Canterbury in at least 60 points of 200-, 300-, or 400-level taught courses (not including any thesis course) for an undergraduate or postgraduate programme in Applied Data Science, Computational and Applied Mathematical Sciences, Data Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
